1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Royal Dab Delivers website and delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Royal Dab Delivers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID to purchase cannabis products from Royal Dab Delivers. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Our delivery drivers are required to verify your age and identity upon delivery. Orders will not be fulfilled if valid ID cannot be presented.

3. Licensed Cannabis Delivery

Royal Dab Delivers operates as a licensed cannabis delivery service in the State of California under License #C9-0000846-LIC. All products sold are compliant with California cannabis regulations. We only deliver within our licensed service area in and around Sacramento, CA.

4. Orders & Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at any time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, traffic, and other factors. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders; minimum order thresholds may apply.

Cannabis products may only be delivered to a valid residential or commercial address within our service area. Delivery to public spaces, parks, schools, or other restricted locations is prohibited by law.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our menu and website are taxes included — what you see is what you pay. Prices are subject to change without notice. Royal Dab Delivers is not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

6. Promotions & Raffle

Promotional offers, discounts, and raffle giveaways are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Winners of the Weekly Raffle must pay a minimum of $0.01 per promotional product purchased. All promotions are subject to California cannabis regulations. Must be 21+ with valid ID to participate.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cannabis products and California state regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on cannabis products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at royaldabdelivers@gmail.com or call (916) 633-9524 and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Responsible Use

Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate vehicles or heavy machinery while under the influence of cannabis. Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets. Royal Dab Delivers encourages responsible consumption and complies with all California state laws regarding cannabis use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Royal Dab Delivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
